Donald Wendt, Physician Assistant, has joined Christie Clinic Department of Orthopedics at Christie Clinic at The Fields 3101 Fields South Dr in Champaign. As a provider in the Department of Orthopedics, Wendt joins a team of providers dedicated to delivering patients with the highest level of orthopedic care available.
Wendt graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millikin University in Decatur, IL with a bachelor’s degree in Education and an emphasis in Athletic Training and went on to earn his master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL. He graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale’s Physician Assistant Program where he was named Mentor of the Year. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
