Christie Clinic welcomes Dr. Nathan Crouch, Optometrist to the Department of Ophthalmology at Christie Clinic at The Fields. In the Department of Ophthalmology, Dr. Crouch provides comprehensive treatment of the eye and is dedicated to providing patients significant enhancement of their sight and daily lives. Dr. Crouch specializes in the treatment of ocular diseases and eyeglass and contact lens exams.
Dr. Crouch graduated from Knox College with a degree in Chemistry and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. He is a member of the Illinois Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
