Christie Clinic is pleased to announce the recipient of its tenth annual Physician of the Year Award. Congratulations to Dr. Kathleen Collins, from the Department of Internal Medicine, on receiving the 2020 Physician of the Year Award. The Physician of the Year award was voted upon by Christie Clinic team members, and was virtually awarded to Dr. Collins on October 26 during Christie Clinic’s monthly Physician Staff Meeting.
Dr. Collins has been a part of the Christie Clinic family since 1991. As an Internal Medicine provider, Dr. Collins diagnoses and treats of non-surgical illnesses in adults. She has a special medical interest in women’s health issues and geriatrics.
Dr. Collins and her husband, Mark, have two children: Kaitlin and Jesse. Dr. Collins and her husband enjoy hiking, skiing, bicycling, and camping. In her free time, she also enjoys gardening, gourmet cooking, and jazz and classical music.
