Christie Clinic welcomes vascular surgeon Mark D. Saatzer, MD, RPVI as he joins the team of providers in the Vein & Vascular Center at Christie Clinic. In the Christie Clinic Vein & Vascular Center, Dr. Saatzer providers vascular services for all vascular disorders, including peripheral vascular disease, aneurysms, stroke, varicose veins, dialysis access, poor circulation and other diagnoses related to the arteries and veins. He has a special interest in carotid disease, peripheral arterial disease, and venous disease.
Dr. Saatzer earned his bachelor's degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA before going on to attend medical school at Oakland University Wiliam Beaumont School of Medicine in Rochester, MI and completing his integrated vascular surgery residency at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
