Why I Chose Healthcare

In my teenage years, I was drawn to healthcare, as I witnessed family members experience health issues. As a result, a strong affinity for chronic health management emerged.

Department of Neurology

In the Department of Neurology, Marsha diagnoses and treats disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and outlying nerves in the body.

Personal

I enjoy cooking and baking for family and friends, especially my son and his roommates, who frequently request my cookies, pies, and brownies. My greatest stress relievers are gardening and reading my bible. At a young age, I was instilled with a strong sense of faith. As a result, I developed the characteristics of patience, compassion and perseverance. Every spring, I plant flowers and vegetables in  containers. Being outside with my dog and playing in the dirt is my happy place.

Through the years, the characteristics of patience, compassion, and perseverance emerged, as did my passion in assisting patients to attain consistent treatment.
