As a coordinator in the department, I work with our team members regarding all facets of the program, including coaching and lifestyle maintenance for clients. We focus on the individual needs of our clients through coaching and developing skills to help them create a healthier lifestyle. Through outreach, we strive to create a healthier community!
After my great experience with Transformations Medical Weight Loss Program, I wanted to share with others the knowledge I gained while participating in the program. Losing weight is only part of the journey. The objective is to change your lifestyle, which includes weight loss, maintaining your goal weight, and realizing your full potential as a happy and healthy individual.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading and cooking. My partner, Steve, and I enjoy spending time with friends and family, our dogs, and playing card games.

Transformations changed my life in an extremely positive way. With the help of my coach and other dieters, I lost 65 pounds and have been able to maintain the loss for nearly six years. As a coach, I enjoy helping others achieve their goals of losing weight, learning new eating habits, and adjusting to a transformed lifestyle. I also lead the two support groups, Transformers and the Transformations Lifestyle. I believe that we’re on a diet our entire lives; Transformations helps us lose weight as well as unhealthy habits, creating a new way of living through a healthier diet.
