Why I Chose Health Care

I was inspired to get into health care because I was able to see the benefit physical therapy had on my grandparents. I grew up being very physically active, was involved in sports and I always wanted to know why someone was in pain and how I could help them. I knew I enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems so I felt physical therapy was the path for me.

Department of Physical Therapy

In the Department of Physical Therapy, Amanda provides comprehensive care for patients who require treatment in all phases of physical therapy. She provides preventative injury and education, conditioning, and training, as well as treatment and rehabilitation.
