    Current or former smoker (must have quit 15 years ago or less)
    Have had a negative lung cancer screening or a position lung cancer diagnosis or a high risk cancer diagnosis
  • Exclusion:
    Prior systemic therapy, definitive therapy, radiation, or surgical resection for cancer within one year prior to enrollment
    History of hematologic malignancies
    Home oxygen use
    History of organ transplant
    History of blood products within 120 days
