For the first year following Phase 2: Stabilization, you’ll continue to receive ongoing education, support, and strategies from your health coach and will be guided by your Macro Code to help you maintain your new weight. You will have check-ins with your health coach throughout the year to get tips on setting up your home environment, changing habit cycles, and resetting your body and mind. You’ll learn how to be more mindful when you’re eating, and now you’ll understand how and why your body gains weight and how to avoid it. We’ll continue to support you with new helpful tips and strategies every time you visit with us for a healthy life and maintaining weight loss. What is a 'Marco Code'? Your Macro Code is the macronutrient balance unique to your body’s hormonal chemistry: your “sweet spot” to manage hunger, cravings, and weight. This code is a tool to allow you to begin to explore foods from other categories you might have been thinking about, or even craving while providing control by establishing “boundaries”.
